President Tim Penner Announces Deal in Memo to Employees

Harper Industries, Inc. announces the acquisition of Butler Beds LLC of Bixby, OK. Harper Industries exists to create opportunity for its employees as well as its community, while solving customer problems in the markets we serve. Acquiring Butler Beds helps Harper accomplish this goal. All production of Butler products will move from Bixby to Harper immediately upon close of this transaction.

Harper will continue to provide Butler Beds at a high-quality reasonable price that a specific part of the market has come to expect. This product line will be a great compliment to Harper’s family of products in the areas of agriculture, turf care and truck equipment.

Closing on the transaction is set for mid-May 2019. Butler’s dealers and vendors will be contacted with further information during the upcoming days.
