We are continually monitoring the changes to our company as we all navigate through the global challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For more than 20 years, our business has been built on the relationships we value with our employees, dealers, customers and communities. Our customers feed America, drive America and keep our facilities and parks maintained. To ensure continuity of these critical functions, we are making a commitment to keep our doors open during these unprecedented times.

As an equipment manufacturer, Harper Industries has been designated as essential to the supply chain in the agriculture and work truck industries. We know how important reliable service is to you, and we are dedicated to meeting the needs in markets served. We have secured ample inventory for orders, and our fulfillment teams are prepared to ship products in a timely and secure manner.

We are, however, taking steps to keep our employees and community safe to help flatten the curve. Following the recommendations of governments and public health experts, we have restricted travel and transitioned to local offices so our staff can continue to support you without disruption. Visits from our vendors and other customers are limited to protect our employees at this time. Please call ahead to arrange for pick ups and deliveries. Our phones will be answered during normal business hours, 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday.

We will maintain our focus on delivering the exceptional service you depend upon, while doing everything we can to protect the health and safety of our customers, our team and communities.
