Parts managers, shop technicians and field technicians require easily accessible and reliable answers to questions from their customers. Our goal at Harper Industries is to make your job easier to perform.
The Harper My Portal has many features worth exploring but, let’s face it, you are trying to stay on top of a bunch of things every day and you don’t have the luxury of time to go “exploring” trying to “figure things out.” Therefore, this article boils things done to one “path” in the portal that we think will brings things together in one convenient place and doesn’t leave you with hunting for answers that you deservedly expect to have right at your fingertips.

Enter that kit number… we know you know it… & click that image!!!!
Because no one ever asks “what’s my net price for that part?” or “is the part in stock?” We’d rather make a phone call or send a bunch of emails back and forth right?

Well… click that eye icon and there you go… That way you get your answer and you don’t have to deal with Ryan before he’s had his morning coffee!!!

Now let’s just say you want to know if this part is used in other kits? It’s not like anyone has ever… you know like … “borrowed a part from another kit” while we wait for a part to come in. So maybe that part is in another kit on your shelf and you’re wrestling with committing the part manager’s unpardonable sin of “borrowing a part” from another kit. Yeah… Yeah… we all know… this NEVER EVAH happens. So why don’t we pretend otherwise and mention this “use only in case of emergency” feature called “Where is part # xxxx is used?”
